Deafening Silence of the Commission on Human Rights on the Fallen 44

In the many incidents of our country wherein bloody encounters happened between the AFP and leftist groups, most often the Commission on Human Rights will immediately run at the crime scene to conduct their independent investigations and provide the media with all their information gathered even if their investigation was not yet completed. These happened in many occasions, especially when the greatest number of casualties belonged to the leftist groups. Now, in the death of the 44 SAF members who died in the hands of the rebels, WHERE IS THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS? WHY IS IT THAT THE CHR SEEMED TO BE SILENT IN THE ISSUE?

This is just an appeal to the Commission on Human Rights to also show your gallant enthusiasm and interest to the case of the fallen 44 just as how you show your fierce during other encounters between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the local rebels or else the Filipino people will believe that you are not really a Commission on Human Rights rather you are working in defense of the enemies of the state.
