WHAT HAPPEN TO THE AMPATUAN MASSACRE CASE?

The term of His Excellency Noynoy Aquino as President of the Republic of the Philippines is almost over, yet what happen to the Maguindanao Massacre Case? It seems that the victims killed during the massacre is constantly being killed again and again to stop their groaning and clamor for justice to be serve will be heard by our justice system.

Too many affidavits of the witnesses and evidences were submitted and exhibited, yet until now justice is illusive to hold for the victims and their families. Why it takes too long to solve the case? It is very clear already who were the perpetrators and yet it is very difficult to promulgate a decision and serve the justice in the name of those more than 50 persons who died last November 23, 2009.

As years pass by, it seems that the chance to get hold of the justice for the victims of the AMPATUAN MASSACRE is getting darker and darker. The face of the authorities in our justice system is getting thicker and thicker as they delay the illusive justice to be serve for the victims.

To our President Noynoy Aquino, Justice Secretary Leila De Lema, Supreme Court Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno and Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes of Regional Trial Court Branch 221, please do your best to give justice to the victims of the Ampatuan Massacre. Most of us, the Filipino people does not want media propaganda, we want justice for all the victims of the Ampatuan Massacre. For the long span of time, given with all the evidences, there is no room for any excuse why justice is so difficult to serve.

Justice for the victims of the AMPATUAN MASSACRE, otherwise, more and more Filipinos will let go of our trust and confidence to our Philippine Justice System, more and more Filipinos will never believe in you. We still have the trust and confidence to our justice system, please don't wait the time that we will let go of the little trust and confidence that we are holding on.
